Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that in the event the Client wishes to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' notice to Top-Notch Clean here is mandatory. Notice can be conveyed via email, SMS (text), or phone. Failure to provide the required notice on more than one (1) occasion will result in the Client being liable to pay 25% of the fee for the first offense and 50% of the fee for subsequent cancellations. In the event that Top-Notch Clean needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, the Client must be given 48 hours notice. Failure to provide the required notice will entitle the Client to one free cleaning session.
